Privacy Notice

Information You Submit

A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Bingham County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Messages sent through email or a contact form may be retained long enough to answer and keep a record of the exchange. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
